Cognitive functions
Cognitive functions refer to the different ways our minds process information and interact with the world around us. They act like the gears and cogs in the machinery of our consciousness, each performing specific roles that influence how we think, feel, and behave.

Quadras
Personality types are categorized into personality quadras, each containing four types that share a similar worldview and closely aligned life values.
The Alpha quadra types are generally optimistic, open-minded, and focused on intellectual discussions. They value harmonious relationships and enjoy discussing theories, ideas, and possibilities. Social gatherings among Alpha quadra types often involve light-hearted debates, brainstorming sessions, and an overall focus on nurturing a positive emotional atmosphere.
Beta quadra types value strong group cohesion and often have a more intense emotional atmosphere. They are motivated by ideals and can be quite passionate about achieving shared objectives. They appreciate hierarchies, clear roles, and can be quite assertive in achieving their goals. Discussions within the Beta quadra often revolve around strategy, goals, and how to bring about social change.
Gamma quadra types are highly individualistic and focus on long-term goals. They are pragmatic, realistic, and usually have a strong entrepreneurial spirit. They value personal growth, both in terms of career success and personal development. Topics that interest them are finance, efficiency, and opportunities for advancement.
Delta quadra types value independence, practicality, and self-sufficiency. They are usually very grounded and focus on creating a stable and comfortable environment around them. They are often more interested in factual information, practical advice, and tangible results. Deltas appreciate discussions that lead to practical solutions and actionable information.
